Stacey is attending the Fitzmaurice Voicework™ Teacher Certification Program in Los Angeles, CA.

Projects this semester include: corporate voiceover work, conference presentations at the Southeastern Theatre Conference, and vocal coaching productions of Arcadia and Nickel and Dimed.

Stacey is recording the role of Deirdre in Lonesome Time, a new musical by Jason Bayle, Brian Breen, and the Long Gone Lonesome Boys.

June 2017
After a joyous month of training in Los Angeles, Stacey is a certified instructor of Heather Lyle’s Vocal Yoga Method®.

May 2017
Stacey received a Tiger Athletic Foundation Undergraduate Teaching Award from LSU.

March 2017
Stacey is the new Chair of the Voice and Speech Committee for the Southeastern Theatre Conference.

February 2017
LSU’s Council on Research awarded Stacey a generous Summer Stipend to conduct research on integrated methods of actor training.

February 2017
Now an Official Instructor of the Vibrant Voice Technique, Stacey contributed a post on the VVT Website about using the technique in an academic setting which you can read here.

Spring 2016
Stacey will be training to become an Associate Instructor of the Vibrant Voice Technique.

Summer 2015
Stacey’s performance as Nellie Forbush in Virginia Repertory Theatre’s South Pacific earned her rave reviews, a nomination for the Richmond Theatre Critics Circle Best Leading Actress in a Musical, and a spot in American Theatre.
